Hello, my name is Chris McDonald. This website is dedicated to things that interest me, and might also interest you. I consider myself a modern day Renaissance Man. There is very little I won't attempt to tackle on my own. By day, I'm a CPCU insurance professional that researches vehicle defects and repair technology with certifications including I-CAR and ASE. On nights and weekends I'm a published technical and fiction author, automotive restoration expert, inventor, engine builder, specializing in paint and body, electrical, suspension, brakes, advanced safety systems, home improvement DIYer, off grid solar power, backyard chicken and duck farmer, husband, dad, and more. I try to leave everything better than I found it. My wife is Nikki and we have a son Garrett. Murphy is our faithful Golden Retriever.
